Good morning! Three quick points: 1) I understand that these are just a preliminary plans and that you still need to work on them. But while your building is composed out of unusual & non-square shapes and forms, you are trying to house regular square spaces in it and I think that in some areas this is wasting valuable space. 2) Your buliding site is located between two parallel streets that seem to be of equal importance (I could be wrong on this one). If this is the case then I would be curious to know why you chose to place the entrance on just one of the two streets? 3) As your hand sketching abilities are very good, perhaps you could try to visualize some of the spaces while you are designing them. Quick sketches of the entrance space on the ground floor, the grand staircase with the curved ceiling above it, the auditorium or the roof garden could be extremely helpful to you throughout the entire design process.
I am having issues with your 2nd floor landing/waiting area in front of the auditorium. It seems a bit oddly shaped and unorganized. I think sketching or 3d of this area would be a good study.
Also- how do you get to the roof terrace? Section is great.
I agree with Jill and Phanos...you are stuffing spaces into irregular geometries (which is fine) but you are hurting fiunctionalities. Based on scales of relative objects, your proportions seem a bit off too. I am sure that with a little refinement you will massage these into great spaces. Keep pushing the section in conjunction with the plans to keep the vertical adjacencies as intact as the planometric ones.
